The Chippewa River Rendezvous gears up for their annual event hosted at the Mill Yard Park in Cornell, WI.
Scheduled for August 26th and 27th, 2017 This marks the 14th anniversary of the start of Rendezvous Days.
Admission free for this two day event and is educational and entertaining for the whole family. Walk along the banks of the beautiful Chippewa River and travel back through time to the late 1600's and learn about the history of Wisconsin and the people who once lived here. From the fur traders, English, to the pioneers. You will see pre-1840 Fur trade and Civil War camps and Artillery.  Special guest that will be appearing this year is Abraham Lincoln,. There will also be primitive games and competitions for all ages, try the Fry Pan Toss, , and Treasure Hunt in the Hay. There will also be prize drawings, silent auction, delicious food and a modern day flea market and craft fair. COME JOIN THE FUN ON THE FORTH WEEKEND IN AUGUST AT MILL YARD PARK IN CORNELL, WISCONSIN.
